Shipping policy

SHIPPING TIMES:

Some of our products are Imported. Shipping times may take anywhere from 7-10 business days.

As a result of COVID-19, online orders have dramatically increased around in the US and around the world. Although we anticipate your orders getting out on time, once they're in the hands of the carriers, it's up to their sorting center capacity and capabilities and there may occasionally be delays. 

 

SHIPPING RETURNS:

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is a mistake made on our part.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

ORDER CHANGES:

You have 24 hours from the time the order is placed to modify your order.  After 24 hours, your order will be fulfilled and shipped (with the products chosen at the time of your original order) and sent to the shipping address entered during checkout.
